I'm so glad that I belong to a church that values its standards more than the world's. I've been "in" to basketball more lately and have watched how so many teams will suspend a player for a couple weeks or even days and then, when a critical game comes up they put them back on the court just so they can win. Here is a great example of what our church stands for and what they will not. I'm glad winning in life is more important than scoring some good shots. And I'm glad we have and keep standards that the rest of the world seems too scared to retain.
Our Honor Code:

- Abstain from alcoholic beverages, tobacco, tea, coffee and substance abuse
- Live a chaste and virtuous life
- Obey the law and all campus policies
- Participate regularly in church services
- Use clean language
- Observe Dress and Grooming Standards
- Respect others
- Encourage others in their commitment to comply with the Honor Code
- Obey residential living standards
