Midterms are nerve wracking. Like study for hours, go to the testing center, get caught cheating by your sister who works there...okay not really but you get the drift. Well for HFED 240, our midterms are a bit different. We have to host a dinner party and do cost analysis, nutrition analysis, time organization, and everything else that people don't do in real life when they make a meal. Obviously this is right up my alley so here are a few pictures from the event (photo cred to Rearbekah):
