My Worst Fear

Wow. Which one? Well when I was younger I was trying to get foam out of the ditch and fell in. It's a good thing that my brother was there to pull me out because I didn't know how to swim. I think my worst fear is the ocean. Don't get me wrong, I love sunny beaches and the aqua blue waters like in the pictures, but, when I saw the ocean it wasn't at all like that. It was stormy and seaweedy (I even thought seaweed was pretty but it wasn't:( and there was lots of gross stuff washing up onto the sand and it was cold and just plain misreable. I hate going swimming in water that doesn't have chlorine because it's disgusting and I hate it when I jump in and the seaweed gets tangeled in my feet and I wonder if I will ever get to the surface. Another reason I hate the ocean is because it produces fish. I hate fish. I think that's another fear. My parents make me like, force me to eat fish and I hate it. That is the only reason I'm excited to grow up and move out is because I won't have to eat fish anymore. So that about sums it up, I don't really like the ocean (or dirty water).
I guess I'm a sissy but everyone has to have a worst fear, right?!

P.S. This was for Montse's Wordfull Wednesday, if you want to write about your worst fear, go to her blog and read what to do (She gives the topic every other wednesday for the next week).

What beach did you go to? The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are much better than the ones on the Pacific. I miss the ocean daily. Having all the sand and no water here is terrible!

Thanks for participating!

My word, you poor girl, being forced to eat fish against your will. All my kids will join with you since I'm a force feed fish kind of parent myself. Except that I really hate it too.....!! So I haven't been very good at it lately. I mean, really, wouldn't you just rather have beef?

I love to look at the ocean too, but I don't want to swim in it. When I was in 8th grade, I went to camp and we went to the ocean. I went swimming and even used the boggie-board, then a wave came over the top of me and pushed me to the sandy bottom of where we were swimming.....I didn't know which way was up and thought I was going to drown. I have not swam in the ocean since!! Pretty to look at, but not for swimming!

Very cute blog you have..........=)

By the way, I'm Coco's neighbor.
